April Greiman

April is a pioneer in modern design and is known for being one of the first designers to use computer technology as a design tool. She has over 40 years of experience as a leader in shaping visual culture. With her design studio, Made in Space, she has been exploring communications design in collaboration with architects, urban planners, and city/civic agencies. Among her many awards and publications she has received are a Gold Medal for Lifetime Achievement from the American Institute of Graphics Arts and four honorary doctorates.
