Verena Pausder

Verena is an entrepreneur, expert in digital education, author, founder, and chairwoman of the board of the Bundesverband Deutsche Startups e.V. She inspires with her successful podcast Fast & Curious and has built a loyal community with Verena’s Book Club. In 2022, Verena and five co-founders took over the women’s soccer club FC Viktoria Berlin to lead the team from the regional league to the 1. Bundesliga within five years and bring lasting change and progress to women’s football in Germany.
