Phillip Böndel

Phillip is the co-founder and CEO of THE AMBITION, Germany’s premier consulting firm for hip-hop culture. He gained recognition after advising top German rappers such as Kool Savas and Eko Fresh before leading the digital department at creative agency BUTTER GmbH, where he’s now CMO and co-owner. Phillip is on the board of the German Association of Communication Agencies (GWA), focusing on nurturing young talent, fostering collaboration, and organizing major events.
